Check your policy wording
– you should have received this when
you purchased your policy. The policy wording
clearly defines the nature of the insurance
coverage you purchased – what events
are covered by the insurance, and what to
do when you actually experience one of the
covered risks. If you’re not sure,
contact the broker who sold you the policy,

is it to sign-up, and how complex is the sales
process? |

Both are very simple to do. To sign-up to
Partner Express, our online sales system,
simply contact Partner Express toll-free at
1-800-663-5389. The sign-up process is very
fast. Once you have a log-in identity and
a password, you can immediately sell online.
Selling travel insurance policies online using
Partner Express is easy, but if you need help
the first time, simple contact a Customer Service
representative for assistance.

You may need to adjust your computer’s
settings or update your software. We recommend
